My overall experience at Chandigarh University has been quite good. The university has a large and well-maintained campus with good infrastructure, hostels, labs, library, sports facilities, and plenty of opportunities for extracurricular activities. Academically, the curriculum provides a good mix of theoretical and practical learning. The quality of faculty varies across departments, but there are many supportive and knowledgeable teachers. Students also get opportunities to participate in projects, internships, technical events, clubs, and competitions. The placement opportunities are decent, especially for students who consistently work on their technical and communication skills. However, students should not depend completely on the placement cell and should prepare independently for both campus and off-campus opportunities. Campus life is one of the highlights, with students from different parts of the country, regular events, fests, and a wide variety of clubs and activities. At the same time, the large student population means there is considerable competition. Overall, Chandigarh University provides good facilities and opportunities, but your experience and career outcomes ultimately depend a lot on how actively you utilize them.
